Photos from Texas Day 6 and 7
The last two days in Texas were intentionally very mellow. I hate the feeling of being exhausted and feeling like you need a vacation when you get back from a vacation.
Our flight left San Antonio at 6AM on Tuesday morning so we spent the last two days relaxing by the pool. It was a great way to end our trip to Texas.
Monday night the weather took a turn for the worse. There were bad thunder storms and a tornado touched down not too far from us. There was lots of flooding and things got a little scary.
It was a great trip and a much needed vacation. I cant wait to go back.
Few things i learned about Texas: Southern hospitality exists and it is awesome. Everything moves at a slower pace, life is lived very casually in a good way. Bingo is stressful. Enforcement of drinking laws are lax. People love Jesus. Thunder is extremely loud. The hills have eyes. Texas is awesome.
